Step-by-step guide to ordering goods at Siames.co.uk

Ordering what you want from our online service at siames.co.uk can't be more easier than click, click, click. Below are more detailed instructions on how you can order what you want from the global store at siames.co.uk

Step 1... Find It!

• Browse through the different products and categories to find what you are looking for or
• Type a keyword in the search box under the list of products on the home page
• And when you find it...

Step 2... Select It!

• Click the "buy now" button to store it
• You can use the drop down menu to change the quantity if you need more than one of the same item.
• Repeat "Find it" above to add more items to your order
• When you're ready, click the "Go to Checkout" button

Step 3... Your Details

• Tell us your name
• Tell us where to deliver your order
• Tell us your contact details (telephone number and email address)

Step 4... Pay For It

• Click on "choose Payment location"
• Click in the circle next to your preferred pay point. Please note that it is only your selected pay point that will be able to access your order and receive money from you.
• Make a note of your order number. This is very important.
• Make payment at your chosen pay point and get a receipt
• Check your email regularly to receive confirmation of payment and dispatch of your goods.

Step 5... Get It!

• We'll send you an email confirming the dispatch
• Sign for your goods on delivery

You can track the progress of your order by clicking on "My Order" on the front/home page on siames.co.uk You will need your email address and password (this will be on the email that confirms your order).

Ordering Goods

Our online shopping facility will accept orders originating from, and for delivery to, Zambia. The ordering of goods is not in real-time and as such goods are not guaranteed to be available. Where goods are not available you will be notified and a full refund will be offered to you. To order goods from our online shopping facility, you must first browse through the relevant categories and products (you can also search for goods by typing in the keyword in the search window provided). Browse the range and choose your desired product/s. Once you have chosen the desired product/s simply click on the "Buy now" button. If a product is not shown online then please use our "Contact us" section and make an enquiry via email. We will endeavour to get you a quote on your desired goods within 48hours (excluding weekends). You will be able to review and amend or delete your order before proceeding through to the checkout by clicking on delete (highlighted in a red circle) on the shopping cart page.

When you are happy with your selections click the "Go to checkout" button. We will ask you for details of your postal address - this MUST be the address at which you reside, your work or your Post Office address (where your order will be delivered to). We will also ask you for your email and phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. You will then need to click/select the "choose payment location". Your choice of location should be the location nearest to you depending on where you live or work. Choose a location and please take note that only the chosen location will be able to access your order details to be able to accept payments from you. So choose carefully.

Clicking the "Continue with Order" button will generate and transmit your order and display a page confirming the details of your order and most importantly your order number. Please print this page if you can or make sure you make a note of the order number. This WILL BE required when making payments.
