Our Diaphragm Valves are known for their reliability and high performance in corrosive and abrasion resistance offering features which allow for 100% leak tightness and low cost maintenance in severe service application

Cross Section of both the Weir type (above) and Straight Through type (Below)
We offer both “Weir” type and “Straight through” type diaphragm valves which offer various anti corrosion and abrasion protection solutions with different type of materials linings and coatings including:
1. Glass lining
2. Halar (ECTFE) coating
3. Rubber lining
4. Epoxy coating
5. Rilsan (Nylon 11) coating
6. Plascoat (polyster) coating
7. Plastic lining like – ETFE, PFA etc.
8. Stainless steels – SS416, SS304, SS316
Our Diaphragm valves can be designed to cater for various applications in process industries including mining, chemical, petrochemical, Food and Beverage, Water treatment plants, Filtration & Desalination plants etc.
Pressure Rating: PN 2 ½ – PN 16
Sizes: ¼” – 14” (15mm – 350mm)
We offer ¼” to 8” (15mm – 200mm) as standard. Other sizes up to 350mm can be manufactured as per client requirements
Advantages of our Diaphragm Valves:
- The operating parts of the valve are isolated from the fluid preventing any possibilities of corrosive contamination.
- The over –closure protection system avoids diaphragm tampering due to excessive force that can be applied during valve closure.
- No packing gaskets used inside the valve’s body, which eliminates leak path and deep corrosion.
- Inbuilt open/closed indicator system.
- Easy maintenance procedures allow cleaning and diaphragm changing without removing the valve from the line even if it is in open position.
- The vast variety of linings and coatings, together with many diaphragm combinations, makes the valve suitable to handle nearly any fluid under the most severe conditions.
- Suitable to operate in vacuum implementations.
- Suitable for most connection possibilities to the pipes (all flange drilling systems, screws and welding).
- Valve’s shaft is made of stainless steel 304 as standard for best corrosion resistance.
- Designed for low operating torques for saving energy.
Actuation options:
In addition to handwheel operation our diaphragm valves can be automated using a variety of actuation systems. Pneumatic actuation is achieved by piston/cylinder or diaphragm operation; both can be fitted with a wide range of accessories including:
Solenoid valves
Switch enclosures
Electro-pneumatic positioners
Limit stops
Emergency hand wheel over-rides.
Electric actuators are available in a wide range of voltages and configurations and we offer a range of worldwide renowned brands of valve electric actuators.
Automation/control packages can be available to suit your specific process conditions, offering tailored features to optimise production and minimise maintenance downtime.
